1. Introduction

EntiHub ("we," "our," or "us") provides a managed container management platform via the Azure Marketplace. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding data when you use the EntiHub Managed Application.

2. Data Sovereignty and Storage

The fundamental principle of EntiHub is Data Sovereignty.

  • Local Processing: All data processed by EntiHub, including container configurations, logs, and project metadata, is stored and processed exclusively within your own Microsoft Azure subscription.
  • No External Transmission: We do not transmit, copy, or store your application data or metadata on our own servers.
  • Managed Resource Group: The application resides in a Managed Resource Group within your tenant, meaning you retain full ownership of the underlying data.

3. Information We Collect

As a publisher of a Managed Application, we only receive information provided by Microsoft Partner Center for the purposes of billing and license management:

  • Contact Information: Name, email address, and company name provided during the purchase process.
  • Subscription Metadata: Azure Subscription ID and the selected Plan (Small, Medium, or Large).
  • Usage Analytics: Aggregate, non-identifiable telemetry provided by Microsoft to monitor the health of the Managed Application deployment.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the limited information provided via Microsoft Partner Center solely for:

  • Managing your software license and billing.
  • Providing technical support when requested by you.
  • Notifying you about critical security updates or breaking changes to the service.

5. Third-Party Access

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties. Because EntiHub is a Managed Application, your data remains subject to your own Microsoft Azure Enterprise Agreement and Privacy Statement.

6. Support Requests

If you contact our engineering or support team, we may request access to logs or specific resource details to troubleshoot issues. This access is only granted by you and is used exclusively for resolving the support ticket.
